STUDIO 302 : JO LEIMENSTOLL

I already love this course~ Christopher Alexander is one of my favorite people and his work is so important. Since first year when I learned about Christopher Alexander it has changed the way I look at everything in design. Working with downtown parklets is also near and dear to my heart. My work at CC-ED had discussed this possibility on several occasions. Jason Roberts visited last fall at Triad Stage and spoke at the Lead Your City event which I attended. He is an advocate of bold moves to change our experiences in areas that are lifeless. Looking forward to our first project. Today Leslye and I went downtown and took photos of Scuppernog Books and Triad Stage. We are playing around with the best way to take panoramic photos of the streetscape and will return on the weekend when there is less parking along the street to capture cleaner images. Fun Times! Oh…GO TO CRAFTED TACOS! So good!! Just across the street from Triad Stage. Great interior space as well.
